At olyviaa.com, we’re committed to delivering your wearables with care, speed, and transparency. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working to expand soon!

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp update once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking link.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99, shown at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD fee is applicable.

Shipping Partners

We use leading logistics providers such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Amazon Shipping
  • India Post (for remote PIN codes)

All shipping is trackable, and updates will be shared with you via SMS/email.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can also track your order on our website’s “Track My Order” page.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping address or PIN code
  • Courier delays beyond our control

If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’re here to help.

Failed Delivery

If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:

  • Our courier partner will usually attempt 2 more times.
  • If the package returns to us, we can reship it once we confirm the correct address (additional charges may apply).
