About Our Bracelets

Yes! We’re obsessed with authenticity. Every bracelet at Olyviaa is made using genuine, natural gemstones, carefully sourced for their energy, beauty, and integrity.

Many believe that natural gemstones carry unique vibrations that promote wellness, clarity, and balance. While we can’t promise miracles, we handpick stones known for their symbolic and energetic benefits.

We partner with skilled artisans who assemble each bracelet by hand, maintaining high quality and precision. However, we are not the designers or makers, we’re a team of gemstone lovers curating these with passion.

Currently, we offer bracelets in standard unisex sizes. We’re working on a custom sizing option. Stay tuned!

Ordering & Payment

Just choose your favorite bracelet and proceed to checkout straightaway. Choose a payment method and you’re good to go!

We accept all major UPI apps, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Absolutely. We use Razorpay, one of India’s most trusted and secure payment gateways. Your data is encrypted and never shared.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes:

  • 2–4 days in metro cities
  • 3–6 days in tier 2/3 towns
  • 5–8 days in remote areas

You can track your shipment once your order is shipped using the link on the website footer.

Not yet. We’re currently delivering only within India. International shipping is coming soon!

In rare cases, delays happen. If your tracking shows no updates or your order is lost, reach out to us. We’ll resolve it swiftly.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

For hygiene and energetic reasons, we don’t accept returns for used bracelets.

Simply email us at care@olyviaa.com with your order ID and a photo of the product. We’ll guide you through the process.

Once your return is approved and received, we process refunds within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Sizing & Fit

Most of our bracelets come in standard sizes (approx. 7 to 7.5 inches), which comfortably fits almost all wrists. So, need not worry!

If the size doesn’t work for you, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll offer an exchange if the product is unused and in original condition.

Care & Maintenance

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Store your bracelet in a soft pouch or box when not in use to avoid scratches or fading.

Some believe that gemstones absorb energy over time and can benefit from cleansing. You can cleanse them under moonlight, smudge with sage, or simply set your intention anew.
