Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled. However, we do offer a 7-day replacement policy after you receive your item, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
We accept replacement requests within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
If the customer receives a defective product.
If the customer mistakenly placed an order.
If the customer changes their mind and wishes to exchange for another product.
⚠️ Please note: Since we do not process refunds, the replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the originally purchased item.
Exceptional Cases
Order cancellations may only be considered in exceptional situations, such as:
- Duplicate order due to technical error.
- Payment processed more than once for the same order.
- Product found to be out of stock or unavailable after the order is placed.
In such rare cases, please contact our support team at care@olyviaa.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after this window will not be accepted under any condition.
